Job description
Our client, an international production company, is searching for Back Office Manager for SSC.
- You will be responsible for office team (up to 12 people - You will provide support to sales department across CEE - You will be reporting KPI´s, SLA, OPEX - You will coordinate administrative work of the office, monitor effectiveness of team, coordinate sales orders and cooperate with sales representatives.
Skill requirements
- University degree (Technical or Economical background) - experience with leading people 2 years at min., idealy from SSC and production - working experience min 5 years in administration - English and Czech on advance level - Italian or/and German is a plus - background from production company is an advantage - MS Office - willing to travel across CEE - strong negotiation and leadership skills - focused on customers
